I review how a job really moves from quote to order to production to invoice across sales, the shop, and finance. I look at who does what, where data is entered or changed, and which systems are involved. Then I highlight the root causes and lay out a simple, realistic sequence of fixes.

Fractional Operations Leadership

Manufacturers and organizations who don’t need a full-time operations leader, but do need someone responsible for how operations, ERP systems, and financial reporting work together.

In a fractional role, I take ongoing responsibility for how work flows through your systems and where it lands in the P&L. I work with your existing team, bookkeeper/CPA, and any system partners to resolve issues, refine processes, and keep everyone using the same definitions and data.

Finite Capacity Implementation

Many manufacturers implement Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems using infinite capacity planning and later discover their schedules do not reflect real shop floor constraints.

I help manufacturing teams prepare for and implement finite capacity planning so production schedules reflect real machine, labor, and material availability.

This includes reviewing routing structure, resource groups, calendars, and planning parameters, then testing real-world scheduling scenarios before enabling finite capacity.
