Yes. Most clients start with a focused Quote-to-Cash Diagnostic, usually 3–4 weeks. I review how a real job moves from quote to order to production to invoice, highlight the root causes of the “mess,” and outline a 90-day plan with quick wins and larger fixes. It’s a low-risk way to test fit and see value before committing to deeper work or a fractional role.​

Do you work on site? 

Yes, when it adds value. Most of the mapping and follow up can be done remotely, but I often come on site during a diagnostic or implementation phase to walk the process, sit with your team, and see how work really flows. Travel is billed at cost with prior approval.

Every project follows a clear, repeatable rhythm; designed to move quickly from discovery to delivery while keeping your team aligned and informed.

1. Intro Call (30-45 minutes)​

We talk through your current challenges, especially where quotes, jobs, and invoices are not lining up. I will ask specific questions about your quote-to-cash process, systems, and team. After the call, I send initial recommendations and a formal proposal so you can see how I would approach your situation before you commit.

2. Discovery

In a focused discovery (typically 3–4 weeks), I meet with key people in sales, the shop, and finance. I review real jobs, workflows, systems, and reports, and document how work actually moves from quote to order to production to invoice today. You receive a short findings summary and a clear set of recommendations, including a 90-day plan with quick wins and larger fixes.

3. Delivery and Implementations

We execute the agreed plan together. That might include cleaning up quote-to-cash workflows, refining roles and handoffs, adjusting how data is captured in your systems, and supporting any related system changes or partner work. I provide concrete deliverables, milestones, and simple weekly updates so you always know what has been done, what is in progress, and what is next.
